In between swapping loads of laundry, I'm also doing some tech work at home. Ex: 1 of my email accounts was IMAP. Just swapped it to POP3.

Of course, I had to set up a new (POP3) account in my client, download all the emails I wanted to keep, then remove the IMAP account.
