The problem I see with litigation over systemic injustice is it keeps us in the victim role, focused on a problem, not able to move forward.

Well, yelling at them doesn't work as I've now learned, very well in fact. They are trained gatekeepers.

iʻve resorted to 1. using voice memos to record, 2. will also resort to asking an interprete 😠 iʻm not fluent in medicalese
