Is hate familiar to you? I've felt anger, rage - many things in life but hatred toward another human being? Never. Is it just me? Our times?

Exactly that. Exactly. I never hit that point that I can recall. It got truly bad. How do you cope in such extremes?

Hatred eats one up inside.Rage gives one energy to deal with the ones who hurt you or your loved ones.It's a blockage vs flow

I can't think of a time when I've had hate for a human. Disappointment, distrust, even anger - but never hate.
