Perhaps the web should be a one page app. Just one page. All of it. And all browsers have to load it quickly and render it exactly the same.

how about we just give up with HTML, turn it all into jpgs and stick it all in a Dropbox folder ;)

for blind people, dropbox could launch a premium rate phone line and read it to people that way! Much simpler.

it’s an app: ngts.org.uk but seems to require a phone call to buy it and set it up. Ironic much :D
