Perhaps the web should be a one page app. Just one page. All of it. And all browsers have to load it quickly and render it exactly the same.

how about we just give up with HTML, turn it all into jpgs and stick it all in a Dropbox folder ;)

yes! And no matter how big or small screens ever get, we still have to be sure they're 1024 px wide or no rendering occurs.

for blind people, dropbox could launch a premium rate phone line and read it to people that way! Much simpler.
