@danoliver We're seeing this in the U.S. but many are becoming Uber drivers and expanding their businesses instead! Is this possible for UK?

I don't know. I spoke to a New York cabbie who *loved* Uber. Said he was earning much more now. UK doesn't seem the same.

Probably licensing, fees, insurance and that Uber runs UK biz accordingly. Upsetting when tech takes jobs without an alternative.
