while I'm 49, when I changed my diet (reducing carbs drastically) my "mental fog" seemed to clear.

Interesting - did you increase protein or veggies or make any other major changes to diet, medication, health?

Also, if you don't mind my asking - I'm genuinely curious - did you reduce all carbs like potatoes and pasta or simple sugars?

All carbs. Net carbs around 20 per day unofficial goal, don't actual measure.
