All mobile device and Web based colorblind simulators are limited to the sRGB color space. The lowest common denominator.

You forgot the little s there Dave :) sRGB is the specific reference, but we should allow a little skewing here and there @svgeesus

With color management, image files tagged with supported formats should, depending on hardware, display properly.
