That's my daily jam @claudiasnell and it really hurts so much - I'm so so sorry. Opioids, Medical Cannabinoids (if avail), hydration, REST.

I have heat and Aleve. Works but takes time.

I prefer NSAIDs but they destroy platelets which will kill me. Opiate pain meds are why I can walk at all, but it's not ideal.
