Actually @chrisorourke there is nothing in the original or modern Hippocratic oath that explicitly states the patient is first in the sort.

The oath now is about subjugation of physician to the calling, not playing "at" god, compassion, disease prevention and such, @chrisorourke

“First do no harm” seems ethically rock solid in it’s serve the patients needs.
