@mholzschlag Devtool in Vivaldi is opened in a new window. I think most of web developers missed the traditional behaviour. ;)

Yes - do you mean the docking? We are ALL aware of the issue @vivaldibrowser - we use dev tools too! It's on the "Big List" :-)
