Who here feels the shame I do that the Web - especially social networks and media outlets - is being used as just another push media outlet?

Because there are so many other uses? Are we caught in a loop of only reinventing mostly unidirectional communication?

I think few-to-many is likely to dominate for a long time, even as many-to-many grows.
