Just told by phone-based tech support dude @CoxHelp that it is ILLEGAL under your TOS to use a VPN legally? Please tell me he's misinformed.

I say it's crap and am looking at my alternatives, which are practically non-existent. #FAIL

I'd hate to see you go. You've no worries with using a VPN, though it's beyond our scope of support. -Colleen
