Just told by phone-based tech support dude @CoxHelp that it is ILLEGAL under your TOS to use a VPN legally? Please tell me he's misinformed.

Support wasn't the issue @CoxHelp I needed clarification as to the statement that legal use VPN was against TOS. Misinformed support tech.

Yeah it's definitely crap. Was hoping they had changed that since the time I worked for them.

Amanda, the news looks sunnier - Colleen @CoxHelp has differentiated that VPN clients are simply "unsupported" not violations.
