Random question popped into my head: how many people seeing this know even a little Esperanto? Any actual fluencies out there? #esperanto

That makes a lot of sense. Language is an application. We apply it where it's most useful or interesting!

I speak it fluently, yes. I started learning it in May 2015. / Mi flue parolas Esperanton nun. Mi eklernis ĝin en majo 2015.

I used to be somewhat into it, but never really learned more than the very basics (of which I remember little anyway).

I'm a math teacher in France and I teach #Esperanto at school: @KluboEsperanto. On Twitter, I post mainly in Esperanto! :-)
