For me it's a category @eisaksen - newspapers. The blocking of news access is an ethical issue, yet ad-driven revenues are deeply ingrained.

UK train booking sites are still terrible? It was true 10 years ago, drove me mad! I guess it hasn't improved ;) @eisaksen
