I've done that. It's not a person at my company, rather the industry and orgs therein. I could talk to my HR folks though. Hmm.

I think it's good advice. Our head of HR is a protective Mama Lioness and if on the wrong side of, well I don't dare think of it!

Women are just as destructive and perhaps even more so. Sometimes individuals don't know their own anger, and that's dangerous.
