When cutting off an associate who continually oversteps lines of appropriateness, how do you protect yourself online and IRL? Need to know.

I've done that. It's not a person at my company, rather the industry and orgs therein. I could talk to my HR folks though. Hmm.

I think it's good advice. Our head of HR is a protective Mama Lioness and if on the wrong side of, well I don't dare think of it!
