the cost I impose on other effects those I care about the most. That’s a heavy guilt to carry. I can’t fix it for them.

All that is true - and that "cost" is taken on willingly by others is it not? You've been through so much change recently.

this is why we are working so hard to find care agencies etc to take on some of the burden. It’s the only way to make is work

I have felt that way too - for periods of time when very ill. So I do understand at least a little of that sense of guilt.

we’re working in making it easier. Today it all went wrong and highlighted just how fragile everything is. Hoping progress soon
