the cost I impose on other effects those I care about the most. That’s a heavy guilt to carry. I can’t fix it for them.

All that is true - and that "cost" is taken on willingly by others is it not? You've been through so much change recently.

my friends are burning themselves out to try & keep it all going. We’re doing our best but in 12 months not much has improved.
