It IS fashionable to be hateful. Everybody's gotta hate. It makes it harder for the idealist/optimist. Especially when tired. Coping advice?

I feel down, but I'm still idealist/optimist and pretty darned stubborn too. I also process publicly. I need witnesses for some reason.
