I think it's long past time for Web industry to organize. A union? A professional organization that is OF BY AND FOR us? What do you think?

no there are too many "web professional groups and bodies" & unions ... I've seen too many industries destroyed by unions :(

It's going to be a point of contention of course. I'm union all the way, but I get it. Damn socialists ;-)
