Seriously, is it my thinner skin or is what I'm hearing on back channels about some of my Web heroes as appalling as I think? What happened?

I’m on all the wrong back channels, clearly! What’s going on!?

I'm absolutely shocked, in part because I always want to believe the best of people, in part perhaps because my skin got thin.

I think the majority of our community are great people. Those are the people to pay attention to. @markboulton
