I think #a11y is more "quality of craft" than ethics. Interaction is what we DO! Any limited access is a design failure. What do you think?

Were #a11y "for charity" it would lose. To me #a11y is iterative attitude of learning and improving. So yes, craft.

Agree ltd #a11y is a design failure, & "quality of craft" is important, but ethical & values underpinnings equally critical.

I agree. I think it should also be done to take into account possible unexpected cases, like a broken computer mouse.
