:) tonight my plan is to get on with my thomas the tank engine colouring and listen to barney songs! It works for me :)

I'll use pencils. I don't like the commitment pens imply! And I relate. The real way OUT of my panics is to go THROUGH. Ugh

I think I’m trying like hell to outrun a panic attack or meltdown from last week. Might be time I just let it happen etc.
