Specs solve technical implementation issues. They do nothing on the interface or feature layer. That's good!
Yes - I call that the "cart before horse" methodology of how the Web was made. We are positioned better now.

That was not for the lack of trying, we added MSAA in opera, but needed support from screenreaders, got none...
And they are closely connected to Iceland!
