Mom's is physically doing well but having ideations and it's very difficult because she believes there's an assassin cult in the hospital.

Have you checked her meds, @mholzschlag? My mom’s post-surgery assassin theory turned out to be meds interacting. 2/2

@mwrk I'm so sorry you went through that it is very distressing. And unfortunately extremely common in these situations. Difficult to manage

We were lucky, @mholzschlag. Her oncologist was in large practice w/its own psychiatrist, social worker, etc. We had help dealing with it.
