I need help examining my wreckage. I want to understand how I failed so it never happens again in this sense. How do you face your failures?

@mholzschlag once I'm not emotional about the situation, I sit down and look at it logically and methodically.

@hittsjunk I try to reason it during the maelstrom. I iterate feelings before reaching logic. There's a pause point in there I need to find!
