What I see most of in #webdev and #design is #classism #racism #ableism with improvements in #gender and #genderdiversity - rarely, #ageism

@mholzschlag too many class & race divides. It's a shame some in the industry feel it's in their best interest to enforce that divide

@absalomedia Do you feel there are factions in our industry that with intent aforethought enforce such divides? If so, how tragic.

@absalomedia this is why I used the term advocate. Not evangelist. It's a desire to work toward better. True diversity requires inclusivity!
