@mholzschlag too many class & race divides. It's a shame some in the industry feel it's in their best interest to enforce that divide

@mholzschlag not factions as such. More a minority aim to profiteer from the divide

@absalomedia this is why I used the term advocate. Not evangelist. It's a desire to work toward better. True diversity requires inclusivity!
