@fantasai @w3c would it make sense for the table to be scrollable inside of a div max-width of the window? Currently a bunch of horizscroll

@patrickkettner @w3c I'm worried it'll be harder to scroll without confusion if we nest scrollbars, since user has to ensure correct focus.

@fantasai @patrickkettner @w3c Nesting toolbars = bad. I have no idea of the context though so I'm sticking my nose into the discussion ;-)

@mholzschlag @fantasai @w3c I was questioning the usability of a super wide table on a mobile page
2
@patrickkettner Super-wide tables are problematic on desktop too. Scrolling combined with magnification? Users get lost. @fantasai @w3c

@mholzschlag @fantasai @w3c you mean horizontal scrolling? Or am I misunderstanding? Demo/concepts would be awesome to see
3
@patrickkettner Maybe a map style zoom effect with user controls would address the issue? @fantasai @w3c

@mholzschlag @patrickkettner @w3c No way that's happening this year. Large tables are gonna just be large always.

@fantasai What? You can't make magic happen right NOW Elika? You always have! :) What about SVG? (I'm terribly out of sync) @patrickkettner
