@mholzschlag I've seen how easy it is to superimpose text on an image, but isn't that facilitating making it inaccessible? Confused.

@whitneyq SVG and CSS are ASCII Text formats (non-binary). As such, their information isn't "packaged" and can be readily manipulated. (2)
