Pablo, Te Quiero!
@buffer
is great, and their social media network image app "Pablo" is a wonderful little tool.

@redcrew Oh thanks Deborah! I'll give
@canva
a whirl too. The Pablo auto-text insert is a pretty awesome feature out of the box as it were.

SVG is not in play in Pablo (to my knowledge) but is a great choice to keep 'em separated. Or, CSS for less complex work.

How do we make sure that the words are not only embedded in an image?

Great question regarding text
@whitneyq
- I was delighted to find Pablo auto inserts the type you add to the photo into the
@buffer
textbox!

Do they survive as SVG when posted? (Looks like Pablo downloads as a PNG.)

Pablo is narrow-task software that automates the separation of text input on an image directly into the Twitter textbox.
