@TucsonNewsTruth Yes, I do notice the consolidation. The UK is attempting to kill off the NHS while the US "advances" us back into a cave.

@mollydotcom Wonder how the Canadian system is performing? U.S. should just expand Medicare (which works) to cover everyone (single payer)

@TucsonNewsTruth Better. Canada has no parallel private system, whereas NHS has a strong co-existing private system in place.
