You're teaching entry devs JS Frameworks - concept to use. Must be around in > 5 yrs. Must teach all in 4 hours. Which one(s) do you choose?

@mollydotcom nothing's guaranteed, but I reckon covering Web Components and/or React will make them better prepared for the future.

@padolsey React I could see under this topic. Why do you suggest Web Components above other options, out of curiosity?

@mollydotcom TBH I'm not a fan of any JS framework I've encountered. Often large, unwieldy, magical, and always opinionated.

@mollydotcom I'm hoping what we end up with in 5 years is built upon a firm ground of something standards-based. Web components, hopefully.

@padolsey That would make ME very happy for one. Frameworks, polyfills, mixins and fixins are piss poor choices for the long long term.
