Asked my web host why they took a month to reply to an urgent support query. They said they'd investigate, and then deleted my account. 馃槨

@mollydotcom Fortunately most of my sites are with a different host, but I had my own site and a couple of client sites on there.

@anna_debenham That is so messed up - they ought to figure out how to fix it (backups?) ASAP lest we unleash an uprising. Shame on them.
