Is there the boss/client "WE MUST use Framework X" in the similar way to say, back in 2001 or so when it was all "Can you Ajaxify my site?"

@mollydotcom I think they’re used by people who don’t have enough experience to 1) write their own 2) know better.

@mollydotcom Teaching someone all the skills the need to be a good front-ender takes a long time and front-end dev is not seriously.

@stephaniehobson I do not teach by subject first. I begin with critical thinking for the Web and adaptation for long-term. Unpopular, often.

@mollydotcom There are a lot of bootcamp style courses these days, not good for best practices :(

@epersonae @stephaniehobson I was co-author on several of the HTML in 24 hours books. Back then, that's all ya needed. ;-)
