I am NOT pro stopping browser feature development. I AM for better synchronization between stable, consistent technology implementations.

@mollydotcom I'm full stop on feature development until everyone sits down and finishes web SQL. They can all sit in the corner till then.:)

@bphogan Who measures when *any* web tech is finished? That's the point - we must accept the inherent hungry nature of the monster we built!
