@mollydotcom But for anything that isn't a personal project obviously there's gonna be points where the road map takes effort to work out.

@rosalindwills That's fairly conventional in more conventional job settings. Freelancers/Independents have a little more leeway I suspect.

@mollydotcom Generally pretty self-motivated -- lots of personal projects, happy as a clam to curl up with a task and knock it out.
