@JosephLabrecque @kheftel unless you were working in XML/XHTML and wrote a custom DOCTYPE. (Ooh, my brain appears to be working better lol!)

@JosephLabrecque @kheftel It's actually a custom DTD. My brain isn't quite as on as I'd thought ;-) I actually have written them. Oy!
