I am relieved the term "The Internet of Things" emerged. Imagine how annoying I'd be if it was instead "The Web of Things?" #peopleFirst

.@mollydotcom I guess. But I still think of IoT as meaning "everyday stuff inexplicably equipped with wifi". I guess ESIEWW isn't as catchy.

@JoshuaCarmody hahaha. That's the heart of it! I dislike either term but the mass media got the better of the two options.
