I am relieved the term "The Internet of Things" emerged. Imagine how annoying I'd be if it was instead "The Web of Things?" #peopleFirst

.@mollydotcom I guess. But I still think of IoT as meaning "everyday stuff inexplicably equipped with wifi". I guess ESIEWW isn't as catchy.

@dstorey I'm in a state of denial over that and MUST fix it. That's my attitude and I'm sticking to it. My reference was mass media.
