Hard work day ahead. I have to make a lot of healthy red blood cells and fast, or they're gonna take away my cure. That's serious effort. :)

@mollydotcom food. what's the ruling on you taking iron (via food or supplements)?

@gacord Can't take the supplements. It doesn't touch chemo induced anemia. Vitamin K foods, sleep, calm, hydration. I have Epo shots too.

@gacord Well, well, Dr. Blood is on the game. No iron - bad bad. But K, Folic Acid and B12 are all being prepped for me now. NO Epo. YAY!!!
