Nothing today. I forced down macadamia nut butter yesterday. I am down to mostly peanut, nuts and seeds.

Being that sick or ill in Sweden works the same. Patients do the doctors/nurses job or we’ll be neglected. Sad world :-(

It is terrible! The solution sounds easy. Eat, sleep. The chemicals in me are pushing the natural desires away. I will find a way.
