The services are fragmented. Bankruptcy, disability, taxes, debt, shelter. If not for community support I am ~ a month away from homeless.

@mollydotcom Contact the hospital and ask for a social worker. They know how to navigate the other fragmented services.

@kirabug which hospital? I'm treated by specialists at three different facilities. Again, no integration.

@mollydotcom I caught him young (16) so he’s actually not so bad for a guy already a year past median age of death ;)
