The services are fragmented. Bankruptcy, disability, taxes, debt, shelter. If not for community support I am ~ a month away from homeless.

@mollydotcom Contact the hospital and ask for a social worker. They know how to navigate the other fragmented services.

@kirabug which hospital? I'm treated by specialists at three different facilities. Again, no integration.

@mollydotcom My husband has Cystic Fibrosis. I go to appointments with him to act as secretary and enforcer ;)

@mollydotcom You’re sick enough being your own enforcer is really damn hard, but if you can do it long enough to get one from the hospital…?
