The services are fragmented. Bankruptcy, disability, taxes, debt, shelter. If not for community support I am ~ a month away from homeless.

@mollydotcom Contact the hospital and ask for a social worker. They know how to navigate the other fragmented services.

@kirabug which hospital? I'm treated by specialists at three different facilities. Again, no integration.

@sDesignLabs There are, and they all fragment. The patient (me) who is weak has to work through that mess.

@mollydotcom I wonder if a good estate attorney could play a role close to that. They often have tax/medical/etc experience (not cheap).
