I'm 10 days away from 1 year in this bed and I'm sicker than when I started. This is so, so messed up and I'm powerless. I need those meds.

There is an economic issue. The new med costs 180,000.00 USD and the other will be 30,000.00 or so for six months treatment, @mattrobin140s
