Stupid ruminations keeping me awake: Is there a midpoint between "micro" and "macro"? An opposite of meta?

@mollydotcom there's an empty string between micro- and macro-. See "cosmos", "microcosmos" and "macrocosmos".

@mollydotcom in statistics people also use "mezzo-" for midpoint.
