Whether self perpetuated or not, change is inherently disruptive. I think more about *reaction* to change. @danachis @berkun

Disruption is an aspect of change, not a measure of bad or good per se. I think the way we manage change is key, would you agree? @danachis

@danachis It had several. It helped my Mom. It nearly destroyed me, I was 13. Horrible, abusive experience. Would NEVER be allowed today.

@danachis Their teen program in 1976 was indeed very controversial. I was hit, not allowed to pee for hours at a time, not allowed to cry.
